My journey as a clinician has been marked by a commitment to understanding and addressing a wide range of concerns, all with the intention of fostering healing and growth. My passions lie in areas such as parenting, caregiving, chronic illness, self-harm, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, and recovery from trauma. I've had the privilege of working closely with parents of special needs children, mood disorders, difficult transitions, complex trauma, and the enduring stressors life can bring.
